    • Edit any registration at any time
    • Export entire registration database or individual entries to Excel at any time. When your registration closes, simply export the database and you can then use Excel to create registration sign-in forms, name badges, class lists, etc.
    • Assign fields as “Admin Only” allowing for consolidation in organization. A couple examples might be to notate whether a waiver has been turned in or assign someone to a room/cabin directly to the database. You will have one central hub for managing your event information.
    • Generate discount codes for your event
    • Enable admin email so each time someone registers the admin receives notification.
    • Front-end “private” results page that which one can quickly and easily share with the event admin group via an encrypted connection or have it emailed automatically every week to an admin group.
  • Automatic Rate Changes - Rates for the event can change at a specified date/time automatically. Want your registration cost to increase by $20 at midnight in 2 months? No problem.
  • Group Registration - Specify an event as “Group Registration Enabled” so you can capture the necessary information, allowing one person to register groups of participants at a time.
  • Cap registration costs to benefit families - For instance, the cost per person are $25 or $75/family.
  • Email Confirmation - Custom email confirmations for each participant. Include information from the database.
  • USAePay, Authorize.net or PayPal Payflow Pro - Use with USAePay, Authorize.net or PayPal Payflow Pro so the end user can stay on your site the entire time to ensure a more secure experience. Also allow for ACH payments (USAePay only).
  • Editable Fields - Registrants receive a token link in their confirmation email to update information you deem editable.
